ten webgl micro-experiences

i built these end to end - design, three.js, the data parsers, the export pipeline, everything. each one takes an input you already have (a guest list, a github pr, a contract, your speedrun splits) and turns it into real 3d geometry you can orbit, inspect, and share as a picture. no accounts, no apis, everything runs in your browser.

the ten concepts

what’s under the hood

the whole thing is a pnpm + turborepo monorepo. ten vite apps share a @kaleido/three-kit scene bootstrap, a @kaleido/ui chrome layer (the reticle, reveal, share panel, attribution), a @kaleido/tokens design-token system with one hue per concept (36° apart, so the set reads as a real spectrum), and a @kaleido/export png-capture + share-url pipeline. three.js 0.170, typescript, zero runtime dependencies beyond three itself.

every concept works offline after first load. no api keys, no accounts, no paid services. the one concept with a backend (stack anatomy, which proxies third-party html to dodge cors) runs on a cloudflare pages function sharing the same codebase as its vite dev middleware.

deployed on cloudflare pages, free tier. hosted at kaleido-hub.pages.dev.
